Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Bramble collects, why, and your rights over it. The data controller is Kip Studio, contactable at hello@heykip.studio.

What we collect

• Account details your email address, and a display name if you add one.
• Your content the ideas, brand and strategy notes, plans and other things you create in Bramble.
• Basic technical data standard logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide the app and keep your account signed in.
• To process your subscription and support requests.
• To keep Bramble secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of our contract) and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase database and authentication (stores your account and content).
• Vercel hosting and delivery of the app.
• Stripe payment processing.

Cookies

Bramble uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from settings, your content and account are removed. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, billing records kept by our payment provider).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete your whole account and its content yourself from settings, or contact us at hello@heykip.studio. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it.

Children

Bramble is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
