Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kip Studio("Bramble", "we", "us") for the use of the Bramble content planning app at brambleplans.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Bramble is

Bramble is a tool for planning content: capturing ideas, organising a calendar and pipeline, and repurposing one idea into many pieces. Bramble plans your content; it does not publish it. You stay responsible for what you post and where.

Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One person or organisation per account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans and billing

  • Bramble has a Free plan (one brand, with limits) and a Premium plan at €9,99/month or €99/year.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kip Studio is the seller; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If something goes wrong, contact us within 14 days of a charge at hello@heykip.studio and we will look into a refund.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Bramble for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

Your content

You own the ideas, notes and other content you put into Bramble. You grant us only the permission we need to store and process it so the app works for you. We do not claim ownership and we do not sell your content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bramble running, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or change as we improve it.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from settings, which removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bramble is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will let you know. Continuing to use Bramble means you accept the updated terms.
