Getting started

Bramble helps you plan content, from capturing an idea to seeing it posted. Capture ideas in the Idea Bank, place them on your calendar, and move each piece through your pipeline. The iPhone app is a companion to the web app at brambleplans.com, so your plan is with you wherever you are.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email. We will send a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we will help.

Managing your plan

• Bramble has a Free plan and a Premium plan. Premium is €9,99/month or €99/year.
• You upgrade, change, or cancel your plan on brambleplans.com from your account settings.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

The iPhone app and your plan

The Bramble app signs you into the same account you use on the web, and your plan is shared across both. Premium is managed on the website, not inside the app. Whatever plan your account is on shows up automatically on your phone.

Refunds

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of a charge at hello@heykip.studio and we will look into a refund.

Your data and privacy

Your ideas and plans are yours. We store them so the app works for you, and we do not sell your content. You can read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, or delete your account and its data at any time from settings.
